Carmarthenshire County Council Planning Officers have again refused the planning application, which could have secured the Community Benefits Package, which was available in some form or other in 2008, and 2018 and now in 2025.

Somehow, they have never understood the community benefits on offer, and they greatly underestimated the value of these benefits, and how they could improve the live of people in Laugharne and the Surrounding Area.

The Community of Laugharne now have a chance to prove to the Welsh Government Appeal Officers that we really care.
